Turf Nutrition

Lono Plus

Stabilised amine nitrogen powered by limiN™ chemistry. LimiN™ holds the nitrogen in a form that is easy to metabolise, meaning the plant uses less energy to assimilate it.

Amine	Converted in the roots	1g of carbon to convert into plant protein
Nitrate	Converted in the leaf	8g of carbon to convert into plant protein

When plants feed on amine nitrogen, cytokinin hormone levels increase, encouraging growth in the right place. The result is green, bushy plants with extensive root plate growth.

A high-performance liquid fertiliser formulate with protected nitrogen, along with potassium, phosphate and essential trace elements. Developed using slow-release technology, which helps bind the fertiliser to the leaf, ensuring maximum absorption and results in phased growth patterns.

Zeme

A unique silicon fertiliser which is formulated on Si-X technology, allowing plants to transport and distribute silicon quickly, helping to improve the strength, health and vigour of plant cells.

As silicon is not phloem-mobile, the Si-X technology used in Zeme overrides standard plant physiological barriers to optimise uptake and distribution. This protection remains working in the plant for 3-4 weeks, keeping the plant healthy.

Xerxes

A combination of 8 essential elements designed to enhance plant resilience under stressful conditions. Xerxes provides the vital nutrients needed to stimulate the production of a plant’s own antioxidants, enabling turf to better withstand stress caused by high foot traffi c, drought from sand-based soils, and salinity from irrigation practices.

ACF-SR

Water (Lakes and Ponds)

ACF Dual-Pack

Ponds, lakes and rivers can all struggle with a build-up of excess nutrients and sludge (load) from various sources. This excess load puts pressure on the water quality, often resulting in murkiness and odours and can lead to unsightly algal blooms. BluePlanet™ ACF-Dual-Pack is a combination product of natural bacteria to provide a simple, effective and safe monthly treatment to naturally deal with excess load in all ponds and lakes.

Each BluePlanet™ ACF-Dual-Pack consists of:

ACF-SC liquid bacteria concentrate with the ideal mix of nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria that rapidly consume and cycle excess nutrients in the water
ACF-BacBag contains sludge-reducing bacteria and essential nutrients to keep releasing bacteria for a month

Composting

Composting is a crucial component of the sustainable maintenance practices now being adopted by golf courses, parks and sports grounds. ACF-32 has long been established as the leading biological inoculant in Irish commercial composting operations. It effectively accelerates the breakdown of the compost materials to convert the nutrients to more usable forms. As part of the breakdown, the bacteria make available macronutrients such as Potassium and Phosphorus.
