Julian established Nova Q to bring best-in-class environmental sustainability solutions to innovative customers. Julian works across our range of sectors, with a breadth of technical knowledge based on his decades of experience. He really is passionate about uncovering new applications for our technologies – a passion that he has made sure is at the heart of Nova Q’s approach.

Mark manages all aspects of operations and production for Nova Q, from stock management to bacteria culturing. Mark is our on-site project liaison between our clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

With over 15 years of experience in Waste Management, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He specializes in organic and commercial food waste and is passionate about exploring innovative methods to optimize waste and by-product harvesting, helping to pave the road Beyond Net Zero.

Luke has recently joined Nova Q as a business development executive. Previously a plumber, he brings a practical approach to our water applications.

His plumbing background has also sparked a keen interest in sustainable water management, and he is passionate about innovating within the Irish water industry to promote environmental solutions and safeguard our water systems.

Richard looks after the agricultural side of our business. Richard is a part-time beef and tillage farmer with over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. With a career built on years of experience in the farm machinery sector, Richard brings a practical ‘boots-on-the-ground’ perspective to the Nova Q team.

He understands that successful farming requires the right tools. Richard now leverages his deep knowledge of farm operations to help growers maximise their ROI through Nova Q’s precision foliar nutrition and bacteria products.
